Since we’re entering dead period we’re going back to working out 4 days a week. Mondays & Wednesday’s at 12 noon, & Tuesday’s & Thursday’s at 1 pm.

Please do not ignore your workout times. I know some of you are working & doing other things but you all need to improve your strength & fitness.
