100 pushups
100 squats
100 jumping jacks
100 burpees
100 crunches

(Veterans/challenge yourself)
1000 workout
200 pushups
200 squats
200 jumping jacks
200 burpees
200 crunches

Please be smart break up your workout to your strength so you can finish the workout! (Example 4x25 or 5x20 or 10x10) just finish what you start! This is the time where you will challenge yourself to see what you do when nobody is there watching you! Can you get the job done! Can we count on you to be ready when the time comes! This is the time!!
Do this workout everyday this week Monday-Friday! Next Sunday I will post a new one, make sure you stretch and drink looks of water! #LancerUp💪
