Every Football Player is EXPECTED to be getting better this off-season. IF you are not playing a sport (Wrestling or Basketball) you MUST BE LIFTING WEIGHTS... AT SCHOOL. Yes, the YMCA and Genesis have weights, but they do not have Coach A's workout design, your teammates' energy, or the intensity of our Lion Lifting program! Going above and beyond and lifting outside of school is great... But it DOES NOT replace lifting with your team. Having a "Speed Coach" or "Personal Trainer" is awesome, but it IS NOT a replacement for working with your team and coaches. Option 1: Weights class with Coach Albin as part of the school day Option 2: MORNING WEIGHTS Monday - Thursday @ 6:15 Daily as part of the "Football Player Powerlifting Group" Option 3: AFTERNOON WEIGHTS with the Powerlifting Team Monday - Thursday @ 3:00 Daily (Only if you can not come in the mornings due to ride issues) Be Accountable Every Day!! LIFT. EAT. SCHOOL. SLEEP. REPEAT.
