Monday - Thursday @ 6:15 - 7:15 am All football players not currently in a weights class during the school day or participating in Basketball or Wrestling should attend morning lifting regularly. If rides are an issue in the morning, players can also lift with the Powerlifting Team after school 3:00 - 4:15 pm Mon - Thurs. Masks are required.
