Weight-Ins for the home powerlifting duel vs. Eisenhower start at 7:00 AM Saturday morning. Lifting begins at 7:30 and we will be done and wrapped up before 9:30. ALL Football Players are encouraged to come whether they have specifically been to a powerlifting practice or not. This max-out serves as a baseline for our workouts moving forward this spring. As we enter February, it is time for guys to start prepping for Spring sports. EVERY returning football player not playing baseball or tennis SHOULD BE OUT FOR TRACK. Track season serves as our spring conditioning for football. This is the EXPECTATION for guys wanting to play Friday Nights in the Fall.
