Because we have had such a crazy week, all Football players that do not have weights class Friday are encouraged to come to an EXTRA session of 6:15 AM weights before school FRIDAY 2/19. State powerlifting is just another week away, and this weather has got us off schedule a bit. 6:15 - 7:15 Friday - All are welcome. After state powerlifting and the start of spring sports on March 1st, the morning schedule will move to a Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3-Day lifting rotation weekly as we move through the spring. All returning players will be encouraged to come in the mornings in addition to their afterschool activities. L-UP
