We will continue to have morning weights at 6:15 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through the end of the semester. ALL players not in a weights class during the school day should be making it a priority to come in early. We have a consistent group of 25 that make it almost every morning - and they are getting STRONG! Don't get left behind because you don't put the work in NOW.
