Coach Ranjit Young was born in Bartow, FL but raised in Lake Wales, FL and graduated from Lake Wales Sr. High School in 2000. As a senior in high school Coach Young led the county with a .489 batting average and second in stolen bases with 25. With these stats granted him 1st All-County honors and Honorable Mention All-State recognition. Ranjit went on to play baseball for North Florida Community College in Madison, FL under the guidance of Dr. Steven Givens where he lettered for 2 years as a left fielder/2nd baseman while producing a career batting average of .275. Coach Young later sign a Letter of Intent to continue his education and baseball career with the Florida A&M Rattlers. ​After his college baseball career Ranjit decided to enter Law enforcement in his home county of Polk County, FL. Coach Young just recently began his travel baseball career 3 Summers ago with the 12U Tampa Lasers. Last year he joined the coaching staff of the newly formed 14U Tampa Smokers where he helped coach the team to a stellar 29-8 record and a 2nd place finish in the state championship. Coach Young previous coached under the umbrella of the Florida Gulf Coast Prospects organization before venturing into founding of the Tampa Skyhawks. Ranjit and his wife, Suhaily, were married in May of 2013. She is a Auto Collections agent at JP Morgan Chase. They have a 2 year old son, Edwin, 4 year old daughter, Annalise and 3 month old son name Eli (Blue).

Michael Burgess raised in Tampa,Florida went to Hillsborough high school. 2006 Jackie Robinson player of the year. Arizona State signee. 2007 1st round 49th pick in the by the washington nationals.
