Fullerton, CA — Sunny Hills of Fullerton 6, Troy of Fullerton 1: Isabel Pena homered and Tennessee Chattanooga-bound Mariah Ramirez threw a four-hitter with eight strikeouts and doubled and drove in two runs to lift the Lancers (17-3, 3-0), ranked No. 6 in the OC and No. 20 in So Cal.

Irvine, CA — The Firecrackers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning and never looked back. Corissa Sweet lead off the game with a base hit to left field and later scored on a ground ball by Bella Martinez. Charlotte Forniss knocked in the second run with a base hit.

Firecrackers look to complete PGF National Championship run with a title.

Irvine, CA — The Firecrackers have gone 5-0 beating the So Cal Athletics, Firecrackers Lutterloh, Clutch Up, Batbusters, and the Vienna Stars on their way to the title game. The Firecrackers square off with the Birmingham Thunderbolts for the 14u Platinum Championship. The Thunderbolts went 5-1 on their way to the title game.

Peoria, AZ — Kam Davis lead off the game with a single. Corissa Sweet sacrificed Davis to second and Bella Martinez banged a single into right field scoring Davis. The Firecrackers never looked back getting 9 hits in the game.

Firecrackers come from behind to beat Athletics and capture PGF birth.

Peoria, AZ — The Athletics scored two runs in the top of the first inning to take the early lead. The Firecrackers came back with 3 of their own in the bottom half of the inning. Kamryn Davis led off with a base hit and was sacrificed to second. Bella Martinez singled knocking in Davis. Corissa Sweet hit a slap single to short giving the Firecrackers first and second with one out. With two outs Shelbie Valencia doubled to the gap scoring Sweet and Charlotte Forniss who had reached on a fielders choice.

Lake Elsinore, CA — The Firecrackers got early production from the top of their line up to start the game. Kam Davis singled to lead off the game. Corissa Sweet followed up with a single and Bella Martinez drove them in with a double.

Lake Elsinore, CA — Shelbie Valencia and Charlotte Forniss combined to pitch a 5 inning shutout of OC Pride to claim the championship.

Firecrackers win game 2, advance.

Lake Elsinore, CA — The Firecrackers started slow giving up three unearned runs in the top of the first. In the bottom of the first they stormed back to take the 7-3 lead. Kamryn Davis put the pressure on USSSA Pride by reaching base on all four at bats and scoring 3 runs. Valerie Alvarez had 2 RBI. Sydney Soto flagged down several balls in center keeping Pride off the scoreboard after the first. Shelbie Valencia pitched five strong innings for the complete game win. The Firecrackers play again at 2:00.

Firecrackers set for Day two of tournament.

Lake Elsinore, CA — The Firecrackers will take on Courage Sunday in day two of the April's Finest Triple Crown Tournament. Both teams finished 2-1 after day one. The Firecrackers have won their last two games as they go into elimination play. Shelbie Valencia will start the game for the Firecrackers.

Firecrackers jump out to early lead, beat Dirt Dogs

Hemet, CA — Kamryn Davis led off the game with a base hit, Corissa Sweet followed up with a triple down the line scoring Davis. Bella Martinez flew out deep to center, knocking on Corissa. Charlotte"Cheese" Forniss pitched all five innings shutting out the Dirt Dogs. Kelcie Adams,Jay Knox, Tiger Cervantes, and KD Valindo, had key hits for the Firecrackers. Delaney Faubert hit a three run home run to deep center in the fourth inning. The win puts the Firecrackers at 2-1 in the tournament. Next game Sunday at 8:00 AM.

Firecrackers fall to So Cal Breakers

Hemet, CA — The Firecrackers had a rough start to the April's Finest tournament losing to So Cal Breakers 10-2. The Firecrackers fell behind early and could not recover. Amanda "Panda" Gull hit a two run home run in the top of the second inning to cut the deficit to 4-2. The Firecrackers loaded the bases the next inning but could not push across a run. The Breakers scored 3 unearned runs in the fourth inning to break open the game. In game two the Firecrackers take on the So Cal Choppers at 10:30.

Firecrackers get walk off double for big come from behind win

Hemet, CA — The Firecrackers fell behind early to So Cal Choppers Faucette. Bella Martinez drove in two runs in the fifth inning to cut the deficit to 5-3. Down 5-3 in the bottom of the 6th the Firecrackers strung together three hits tying up the game. With runners on second and third Corissa Sweet with a 2-2 count hammered a double to left center knocking on Kamryn Davis and Sydney Soto. Shelby Valencia pitched a complete game and had 3 hits on the day. The Firecrackers are now 1-1 in the Aprils's Finest tournament. Next game is at 2:30 against So Cal Dirt Dogs.

Hemet, CA — Firecrackers Brashear/Oakes take on So Cal Breakers at 8:30 this morning followed by So Cal Choppers at 10:30 and So Cal Dirt Dogs at 2:30. All games will be played at Diamond Valley Sports Complex. Results of the pool play will determine bracket play on Sunday. Let's go ladies.
