Stamford, CT — Warde gets contributions from multiple players in route to their 6th win of the year. After a closely contested 1st Half, Warde found an extra gear and created the separation they needed to win the game. Danny Becker led the Mustangs with 17 pts, he was automatic from 3 in the 3rd and 4th quarter. Charlie Gulbin(10 pts), Jake Medor (9 pts) and Gerald Jacob’s (8 pts) provided scoring when they needed it. Jonah Bass Lawrence and Nic Alvarez controlled the glass for the Mustangs making sure the pesky Westhill team couldn’t sneak back into the game. The Mustangs return to action Thursday against the Norwalk Bears.

Fairfield, CT — Fairfield Warde captured a convincing victory against cross town rival Ludlowe. Fairfield Warde got off to a 12-0 start and never looked back, finding contributions from their entire roster. 10 Mustangs registered points in the game, showing that offense can come with any lineup that was on the floor. The mustangs were led by David Melson (11 pts), Charlie Gulbin (11 pts) and Jonah Bass-Lawrence (8 pts.).

Fairfield, CT — In a game with one of the top programs in the FCIAC, Fairfield Warde came to play. After a few games with slow starts this was far from it, putting up 22 points in the first quarter. From there Warde was in total control of Ridgefield on both ends of the court. David Melson led the way with 16 pts followed by Nic Alvarez (8 pts), Charlie Gulbin (7 pts) and Jake Medor (7 pts). Every time Ridgefield made a run, Warde responded with big shot after big shot, Chase Curran hit a big 3 at the halftime buzzer to capture all momentum for the 2nd half. Warde had great minutes and energy off the bench from Will Silva and Gabe Bernard, who provided multiple rebounds and blocks. Warde improves to 4-0 and will face cross town rival Ludlowe on Wednesday at 5:30 in hopes of the season sweep and maintaining their perfect season.

Fairfield, CT — After a slow start for Fairfield Warde, things started to click and everyone got involved in impressive performance on both sides of the floor. The mustangs were led by David Melson (15 pts.) and Hayden Lee (9 pts.), both caught fire from 3 point range and helped lead the mustangs to a 62-16 win. The Mustang's defense proved strong all game, Jonah Bass-Lawrence brought down double digit rebounds and Charlie Gulbin created havoc for whoever he was guarding. The Mustang's return to action Saturday morning at 9 am to face the Wreckers of Staples High School.
