Abas' hard work has been paying off and was clearly evident in all of his matches leading up to his 3rd place finish!

As always, Abas puts forth his best effort even while feeling flu like symptoms the last 3 matches. His final match was a super close call and the ref (which is rare to hear anything from refs) indicated that he wished there were 2 more seconds to cut the corner on the shot. I think today was a lesson in the importance of planned urgency to get takedown points all match long and staying assertive.
