Before we even started warmups our team discussed the importance of what we focus on, what we put our attention on. Philippians 4 reminds us about the peace we experience when our thoughts are on love, thankfulness, what's right and pure. From the first whistle the Challenger ladies were committed to a sound mind that included these things and the mental and physical alertness our coaches have taught them.
