CCHS 3 - 0 Rogue River

A highly controlled game where the Challengers ladies dominated possession and had chance after chance to score. We walk away from the game thankful for the win and proud of the efforts to score and keep a clean sheet. Overall it wasn't our best game, but we showed some great moments.

Last Game 0-0 Tie at Home to Brookings

In a very heated last game of the season, the Challenger ladies left everything they had out on the field. From the start we played controlled and aggressive soccer, winning our duels, and creating opportunities to score. Brookings has some good talent but our backline defenders played their best game of the season, shutting them out completely. Mae Ferreira along with Amelia Vanlandingham played center back and on numerous occasions sprinted, battled, and won clearance after clearance. Alongside them Ryann Deboer and Brynn Coppedge played their best games all season, keeping the Bruins' wingers from making their usual breakaways down the line.

CCHS 0 - 2 Lost River

A hard loss for the team, the Challenger ladies struggled to control the game and pass through the lanes. Lost River was able to find two moments of breakaways that were successfully blocked by defenders and our goalkeeper, but ultimately they were put into the back of the net as the ball couldn't get cleared or possessed by the Challengers.

CCHS 3 - 1 Lakeview at Home

In a rematch at home, CCHS soccer ladies were able to bring home the win after a nerving 80 minutes. Going into the game, the Challenger ladies were ready to play, yet it took awhile to get settled and control the game against the aggressive Lakeview honkers.
