The Last Ride

The Hemet Bulldogs went to visit the Citrus Hills Hawks on their last game of the season. It was a well played match with everyone trying to make it a memorable last game for our seniors. Down 1-0 by half the second half didn’t start so well and we allowed two more goals. A collective play by the right wing resulted in a goal for the Bulldogs as Oscar Sandoval crossed the ball into the box and Gavin Renteria centered the ball back into the box with a well placed header for Dawson Powers to score.

Senior Night = Great Night

The Hemet Bulldogs took on the West Valley Mustangs in their senior night. It was a great turnout from the crowd as parents and friends came to show the seniors some love and watch the Bulldogs handle the Mustangs 3-0.

Can’t be taken down

The Hemet Bulldogs took on the Tahquitz Titans at home and shut them out thanks to a great performance by our defensive four in the back (Captain Fahed Samara, Ricardo Perez, Alex Ponce, Asaiah Aguilar, Garrett Arnold and JaKob Goennier). On goal was Zack Gilmore recording his 3rd shutout with the top Dogs (vs Indio, Beaumont, Tahquitz) making spectacular saves. Up on top Gavin Renteria put pressure on the defense and forced the Titan keeper to work to keep his goal cleared. Overall it was a great performance by the whole team who didn’t let up and didn’t let themselves get intimidated by anything the Titans tried to throw their way.

Never Back Down

Hemet’s Varsity Boys soccer lost their away match against the San Jacinto Tigers. Early goals on the first half lead the game into a 2-0 gap. In the second half the bulldogs had more chances but couldn’t finish. Two more goals lead to the final 4-0 score.
