Santa Ana, CA — SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — We've had Foothill's number for the last couple of years, mainly CIF Championship game and the rematch of last years nonleague early in the schedule. Today was different. There were several bright spots for the girls, though; Olivia Nowlan came up with a huge singles win at line 3 in round one, 6-1 .Really good rallys and well-placed forehands.That's all we ask of our line 3, is that they beat the oppositions line 3. Birthday girl, Scarlett added another singles set to our score, also defeating the Knights' line 3 in round two. Hailey Klein subbed in round three, also against a sub and pulled out a hard-fought 6-4 victory give the Lions their 5th set. Aerin and Kylie Fraize were the only doubles team to win they were able to sweep 2 sets, but, couldn't defeat the Knights line 2 duo, who were really their strongest team.

Lake Forest, CA — Most of our normal starters played once today, giving others a chance to play a bit more before opening Trinity League play next week vs Orange Lutheran. Thank you parent drivers for helping out, we were able to take 15 players and get all of them into the match.

San Juan Capistrano, CA — It came down to the wire, but the Lions defeated Corona Del Mar in a thrilling back and forth game. Addi Berg lead the goal count with five, Kate Berkus with three, Caitlyn Quinn with two and Evie Devir, Haleigh Aubuchon and Hannah Quinn with one a piece. The best play of the game, hands down, was goalie Shea Gonzalez's running the last clear herself, dodging several CDM players and getting the ball up field with seconds left on the clock. Epic!
