San Juan Capistrano, CA — The @jserra.baseball team began the Boras Baseball Classic in winning form on Tuesday, as the Lions defeated Cathedral Catholic High of San Diego 6-1 at JSerra Catholic High School.

It was a bit sloppy at times but we were able to score the goals that we needed to be able to pull off the result that we were searching for. Carter Meza was brilliant with scoring three goals but the game-winning goal came from Ryan Freeman who put a left footed one time shot in the back of the net.
