New Castle, PA — The 3B Barons defeated East Butler Bulldogs 7-1 on Wednesday thanks to a timely four runs in a big sixth inning. Benny Dottle, Caelan Bender, and Tyler Kamerer each drove in runs during the inning.

Butler, PA — The 3B Barons got out to a six-run lead in the second inning and held on for an 8-6 victory over East Butler Bulldogs on Tuesday. East Butler Bulldogs scored six runs in the failed comeback on a double by Nico Melograne in the second, a sacrifice fly by Evan Kircher in the second, a double by Brendan Koroly in the sixth, a error in the sixth, and a double by Tristen Kenzevich in the sixth.

Youngstown, OH — Tyler Kamerer had a busy day at the plate on Wednesday, smacking four hits in The 3B Barons's 13-3 victory over Creekside Crocodiles. Kamerer singled in the first, doubled in the fifth, singled in the eighth, and tripled in the eighth.

Butler, PA — The 3B Barons and Butler Iron Bucks played a taut affair on Thursday, but The 3B Barons eventually prevailed 16-12. The game was tied at 11 with The 3B Barons batting in the top of the twelfth when Frank De Luca singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Butler, PA — The 3B Barons snatched the lead late in the game in an 11-8 victory over Butler Blue Sox on Saturday. The 3B Barons trailed 8-7 in the top of the eighth inning when Joey Fazzone singled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs.

Today was National Ethan Bintrim Day at the plate where Bintrim showcased his ability to rack up 3 hits and 5, yes, 5 RBI's. Ethan was accompanied in his multi hit day by Chase Tomko and Benny Dottle who both tagged 2 hits for themselves. JA Quahliero, fresh off a knee injury came out today and blasted in 3 RBI's for himself. Brett Bobin and Connor Evans were able to knock in an RBI each to help the Barons run away with the victory and the sweep! The Barons host the Blue Sox again at Westminster College July 10th, at 1pm. New Castle, PA — The Barons showed up to Flaherty Field and brought the whole team for a great win in front of the home crowd. Ryan Perretti started on the mound for the Barons and gave 3 solid innings with 4 strikeouts. Benny Dottle followed by giving the Barons 2 full innings of scoreless relief and striking out one. Ethan Bintrim came in the 6th and 7th inning to help keep Creekside to zero runs and capturing two strikeouts himself. Matt Miller and Logan Ayres closed the game in the 8th and 9th to keep the shut out alive with excellent performances by both combing for 3 K's. At the plate, today the Barons showed their sticks. Nico Hall lead the way with three hits and a run, followed by Benny Dottle and Nick Jacobs having 2 RBI's each. Anthony Ryan, Shane Cato, and Brett Bobin also captured hits and an RBI each to help put the Barons on top and stay there. The Barons play the Butler Blue Sox in a twin bill at Flaherty Field, Friday, July 8th, first game starts at 4pm.

New Castle, PA — The Barons hosted the B2 Bulls in a non-conference game at home this evening and gave the hometown crowd a show by walking it off in the bottom of the 7th inning. Matt Dubois started on the mound for the Barons and only allowed 2 runs early in the game. Matt tossed 4 complete innings to keep the Barons within striking distance. Brett Bobin came in to pitch during the 5th inning from 3rd base with the bases loaded and with a 3 pitch inning got out of it with no blood. Bobin threw 2 complete innings to keep the Barons in the game. In the bottom of the 6th pinch hitter Gabe Yanssens pulled through with a big hit that was the spark for the Barons to capture 1 run off Nathen Meeks broken bat ground ball and to cut the lead in half. Benny Dottle came in the 7th inning and closed out the Bulls to give the Barons a chance in the bottom of the 7th. Shane Cato hit a huge double to start the bottom of the 7th, followed by a Chase Tomko off the wall double, Anthony Ryan and Frankie DeLuca had huge walks, and finally Benny Dottle came up with the bases loaded and hit a hard ground ball past the shortstop to score Tomko for the win! Great team victory again for the Barons! The Barons head to Altoona Saturday for a double header against Johnston Reality.

Youngstown, OH — The 3B Barons entered Youngstown for the second time in two weeks and exited with a second win. The Barons bats showed up early and battled throughout the entire contest. The Barons offense was lead today by Benny Dottle and Robert Herr both having a three hit game followed by Nick Jacobs, Anthony Ryan, Caelan Bender and Gabe Yansssens with two hits a piece. All five batters accounted for 9 RBI's. The Barons utilized the entire staff in Youngstown starting with Logan Ayres, Matt DuBois, Brett Bobin, Nick Jacobs and finished with Ethan Bintrim. The Barons, again, showed a complete team victory and are 4 - 2 in their last six contest before entering their home opener, June 25th, against the top rated Butler Iron Bucks. Come out to Flaherty Field Saturday at 1pm to see the match up.

Holland, OH — The Barons displayed a full team effort for the win in game two of Sunday's double header. Benny Dottle, Shane Cato, and Isaac Criss worked together to keep the Hawks to only three runs. The Barons bats fought out the gate putting up runs when needed to keep the momentum. Chase Tomko was lights out at the plate going 2 for 3 with a blast off the wall and an RBI. Defensively Caelan Bender and Nathan Meeks put on a show up the middle with Bender having 6 PO’s himself and Nathan flashing his leather up the middle to halt any edge The Hawks were trying to gain. Great team weekend in Toledo, next game is Wednesday against the Creekside Crocs at Pemberton Park in Youngstown, Ohio.

Holland, OH — The starting pitcher, Jake Vitale, went 6 complete innings to keep the Hawks to one run. Jake struck out six Hawks throughout his outing and only gave up two hits. Following Vitale was Brett Bobin to close out the game in the last inning striking out two Hawks for himself. The Barons bats were on the ball today as Benny Dottle, Nathan Meeks, Anthony Ryan, Ryan Perretti, and Ethan Brintrim all had a multi-hit game. The defense was stellar, making all necessary plays behind a great pitching performance.
