Holmdel, NJ — The Sayreville Bombers improved to 2-0 on the season with a hard-fought 54-42 victory over St. John Vianney on Wednesday night. After a slow start, the Bombers used a dominant third quarter to take control and secure the win.

Parlin, NJ — On Friday December 13th, the Sayreville Bombers Blue kicked off their season with a home win against a tough division opponent North Brunswick. The Bombers stormed out to an early 20-8 led by their pressing defense mixed with solid man to man fundamentals and an aggressive transition offense. Their balanced attack, with 7 different players scoring in the 2nd quarter alone, allowed the team to extend their lead to 42-20 at the half. North Brunswick put some heat on the Bombers in the 3rd and 4th quarters with their press but the Bombers were able to pull away in the 4th. Sayreville won the game 72-48.
