El Cajon, CA — Valhalla High School Wrestling delivered a dominant performance in its dual against Monte Vista High School, controlling the action on both the boys’ and girls’ sides of the mat.

El Cajon, CA — Senior Night was one to remember as the wrestlers delivered a dominant performance, racking up pins and overwhelming El Capitan High School in the final home dual of their careers. Competing with confidence and urgency, the seniors set the tone early and never let up, closing out their home mats in emphatic fashion and leaving no doubt about the legacy they leave behind.

El Cajon, CA — The Norsemen welcomed Steele Canyon High School Cougars in their first home dual and sent them home with a big bag full of Ls(losses). Junior Varsity started the night off with a bang with multiple pins and winning the dual 48-20. The girls kept the momentum going winning 3/4 matches. Boys capped the night off with an incredible display of skill and dominance, losing only one out of 13 matches and picking up a lot of pins along the way(see the golden pin chain for reference). Next week the Norsemen welcome El Capitan Vaqueros on Thursday the 15th for senior night.

Chula Vista, CA — The Valhalla Norsemen had a standout weekend hosting the 53rd Annual El Cajon Invitational, one of the most competitive wrestling tournaments in the area. Competing against 52 schools, Valhalla finished an impressive 4th overall as a team with multiple wrestlers earning podium finishes on their home mats.
