The Pioneer Titans battle back late in the game in a 5-3 victory over Artesia on Friday.
Pioneer defeated Artesia 10-0 on Tuesday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Joaquin Trinidad induced a groundout finish off the game.
The Titans, who just came off a sweep over John Glenn, couldn't keep up with 1st place Cerritos and fell 22-1 on Tuesday.
Pioneer High School completed a two game sweep against the John Glenn Eagles on Friday with a big win at home.
