Challengers Close Out With Gutsy Effort at Brookings

Brookings, OR — With upwards of 20 saves for GK Josie Scaglione, opportunity after opportunity created by Seniors Ellie Vanlandingham from crosses, Bella Williams from midfield play, and Autumn Murray from tackles in the centerfield, and several great shots by Taylor Folin and Emma Coats, it was a great performance by the lady Challengers amidst a rainy cold last Varsity game of the season.

Here's the good news: the scores are gradually getting closer and closer as the Challengers continue building up. Josie Scaglione was brilliant as the goalkeeper, and Jordynn Jones spearheaded a spirit defensive effort in the 5-0 loss.
