Amsterdam, NY — Timothy Venditti drove in six runs on two hits to lead Burnt Hills past Amsterdam 15-9 on Thursday at Shuttleworth Park in a first round Sectional matchup. Venditti hit a grand slam to left field in the sixth scoring four and singled in the second scoring two.

Scotia, NY — Logan McNeal drove in four runs on two hits and Christopher Puliafico pitched a complete game (with 3 hits himself) to lead Burnt Hills past Scotia 14-1 on Thursday at Scotia-Glenville High School.

Delmar, NY — Bethlehem scored five runs in the third inning, which helped them defeat Burnt Hills 9-2 on Friday at Bethlehem Central High School.

Valatie, NY — The Burnt Hills Spartans fell 5-4 to Ichabod Crane on Tuesday at Ichabod Crane High School despite out-hitting them 10 to six. Logan McNeal and Timothy Venditti each collected two hits for the Spartans.

Saratoga Springs, NY — Burnt Hills had trouble keeping up with the Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks in a 10-0 loss on Monday at East Side Recreation Park.

Burnt Hills, NY — Both teams were strong on the bump on Wednesday, but Burnt Hills defeated Niskayuna 1-0. Logan McNeal started the game the Spartans and recorded 15 outs.

NY — Burnt Hills Spartans topped Albany Falcons 2-1 on Friday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at one in the bottom of the fifth when Ben Yerina executed a perfect safety squeeze bunt. Albany made the throw to the plate, but Atticus Marvin slid in safely to score the go ahead run.

Ballston Spa, NY — Ballston Spa scored 5 runs in the fifth inning, which helped them defeat Burnt Hills 7-1 on Monday at Ballston Spa High School.

Averill Park, NY — Burnt Hills had trouble keeping up with Averill Park in a 12-0 loss on Tuesday at Averill Park High School.

Amsterdam, NY — BHBL Varsity Spartans snatched the lead late in their 9-6 win over CBA Varsity. The game was tied at 6 in the top of the eighth when Christopher Puliafico singled, scoring two runs. The ball got by the center fielder for CBA and scored a third run on the play and Puliafico ended up at second base.

Cooperstown, NY — Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans Varsity fought back after falling down by five runs in the third inning. The comeback fell just short though, in an 8-6 defeat to Ichabod Crane on Tuesday. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans Varsity scored four runs in the failed comeback on a single by Matt Lepel in the fourth, a single by Noah DiCaprio in the fifth, and a single by Lepel in the fifth.

Marlboro, NY — Even though Burnt Hills gave up three runs in the fifth inning, they still defeated Marlboro Central 7-4 on Saturday. Marlboro Central scored its runs on a double by J Ryder.

Burnt Hills, NY — The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans defeated Bethlehem Central 1-0 on Monday as two pitchers combined to throw a 3 hit shutout. Timothy Venditti induced a groundout from Joe Monserrat to finish off the save.

Burnt Hills, NY — Burnt Hills ran off with the lead late in the game in an 8-5 victory over Cohoes on Tuesday. The game was tied at five with the Spartans batting in the bottom of the fifth when Kyle DeCresce blasted a triple to center field, scoring two runs and taking the lead for good.

East Greenbush, NY — Logan McNeal pitched The Spartans to victory. The righty went three innings, allowing two runs on three hits and striking out one. Ben Yerina and Silas Marvin entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Yerina recorded the last nine outs to earn the save for Burnt Hills.

Albany, NY — Logan McNeal came the ballpark and meant business on Saturday, driving in four on three hits to lead Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans JV past Christian Brothers Academy 13-6 on Saturday. McNeal drove in runs on a double in the third, a single in the fifth, and a single in the sixth.
