Scots 2nd in closest meet of the season!
Thompsonville, MI — "The LMSC is a tough conference and it is helping us to grow as a team. Today, we won GS by one point and Glen Lake won slalom by three points giving them a two point victory at the meet. I am not sure Caledonia has been in a meet that close since the 2017 Regional meet where our guys qualified for the State Meet by a four point margin edging out Onekema." Coach Petrosky " It has been a great season, we are proud of everything this group of guys has accomplished and look forward to our last two races."

Scots take 2nd at LMSC Meet
Thompsonville, MI — " We skied really well tonight and our guys lifted up their team mates when mistakes were made. There are not too many meets where you can score 6 through 9 in GS and 4, 6, 7, and 9 in Slalom and not win but it happened tonight. The LMSC is a tough, unforgiving conference with some very fast skiers. I am proud of how our guys push themselves and how they are growing as racers. They still are learning and I know that we are picking up things every race that will help us moving towards the future." Coach Petrosky.

A. Great Night of Racing at Crystal Mountain!
Thompsonville, MI — “We are reaching the part of the season where we are really seeing some great skiing and our guys are working hard to prepare for Regionals. We are getting closer to where we want to be when we race at Cannonsburg on Feb 10th. Tonight, we had a few mistakes but whenever someone had a rough run there was someone there to pick up the points to help the team. I really see everyone skiing with the team mentality and also having the speed to score when we need then them most” Coach Petrosky “DJ has been leading the way for the boys team and I hope that the underclassman are learning from his example. He focuses on his runs and then focuses on how he can help his team have the best runs possible.”

Scots Make the Most of a Crazy Season!

All but two Thursdays this season were washed out but the Caledonia Middle School team made the most of it by skiing on Sundays at Crystal Mountain which helped the team improve and help the 8th graders prepare for high school and the 7th graders be ready for next season--when we know that the weather will be more cooperative!
